Oceanco is one of the world’s most successful yacht builders. The company, with building facilities in the Netherlands and design and sales offices in Monaco recently unveiled a beauty. 
It's dubbed the most advanced SUPER YACHT they have ever built, and this is the company's largest model to date. The approximately 85 -metre Y708 is expected to be completed in 2012 for the low low price of $150 million. lol. The deck features a swimming pool that converts into a helipad and if that doesn't do it for ya, there is a sushi bar, cigar bar and library. This incredible yacht has four guest cabins, two VIP suites and a master suite on its own deck with a salon, study, whirlpool and wraparound balconies.
